We deliver to:
- United States — all 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
- Canada — all provinces and territories
We do not ship to PO boxes (a dining set requires a physical doorstep). No APO/FPO addresses. No international locations outside the US and Canada.

SHIPPING IS FREE
Every order. Every address. Zero dollars. The $199.99 price for the table and four chairs includes everything — packaging, handling, and delivery to your door. No hidden freight fees, no weight surcharges, no “oversized item” add-ons.

WHAT TO EXPECT: HEAVY, BULKY, CAREFULLY PACKED
This is not a small parcel. A dining table with four chairs ships in multiple boxes totaling approximately 100 pounds. The tabletop arrives in a flat-pack box with corner protectors and foam padding. Chair components are individually wrapped.
Because of the size and weight, delivery may require:
- A signature on delivery — to confirm you received it
- Assistance to bring the boxes inside — the carrier driver may need your help with large boxes, especially for apartments or upstairs deliveries
- A scheduled delivery window — some carriers will call ahead to arrange a drop-off time

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday: same-day processing
- Orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays: next business day
- Average: 1–2 business days to process, inspect, pack, and hand off to the carrier

TRANSIT TIME
After carrier pickup:
- Continental US: 5–7business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 6–8 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is generated. Delivery windows are estimates — weather, holidays, and freight capacity can extend them by a day or two.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If the boxes look damaged on arrival:
- Photograph the exterior of the boxes before opening
- Open and inspect the tabletop, legs, and all 4 chairs
- Photograph any damage to the product
- Email both sets of photos to [email protected] within 48 hours
We ship replacements for damaged pieces right away. We handle the carrier claim ourselves. You do not need to file anything.

MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the boxes are nowhere to be found:
- Check with neighbors, building management, side yards, and back porches
- Wait 24 hours — freight carriers sometimes scan before delivery
- If still missing, email [email protected]
We investigate with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we ship a replacement at no cost to you.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Wrong address? Email [email protected] immediately. If the order has not shipped, we correct it. If shipped, we attempt to reroute — possible with freight carriers but not guaranteed.
